The staff were nice and when they noticed we weren’t feeling well, took extra care to place liquid hand soap nearby and laundered our towels. This was hugely appreciated! We were in a family room which was adjacent to a dorm, was quiet on the third floor, and had a ceiling fan.
The WiFi only worked in the main area downstairs and much of the staff struggled to understand our English or translated Swahili.
