Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und fußläufig zum Centrum. Sie hat eine Terrasse auf der man morgens in der Sonne frühstücken kann und einen kleinen Garten in dem man nachmittags Sonne tanken kann. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, um sich Speisen zubereiten zu können. Der Parkplatz ist direkt an der Wohnung.

Es gibt keine Steckdose im kleinen Bad.
