The view. The light (#7 apartment, one on the right). Promiximity to the expo. Gated parking inside the small garden. The host's eagernees to accommodate requests (e.g. desk light, etc.). Although I did not use the appliances, aside from the fridge, it seemed fully equpped.
No top shower head. Not even a wall mount. One of the towels, although clean, had a small visitble stain. I did not see a need to ask for a replacement but others might. I had two of each in any case. A few mosquitoes. One needs to be very careful driving in the area as there seems to be no town planning whatsoever.

The bed is very comfortable. The studio is only a 10-minute drive away from the airport.
The studio apartment was much smaller than I expected and the only window was in the hallway. The shower was pretty uncomfortable, as it was impossible to shower without splashing water around half of the bathroom. The place is located in a maze of narrow residential streets, far from shops and restaurants. You can only get there by car.
