La casa es muy acogedora y dispone de una pequeña zona de sofás en el exterior. Además tiene una zona de barbacoa cubierta con una plancha que hemos usado muchísimo. La casa está ubicada en una zona residencial muy tranquila.

Se notan los estragos del uso y necesitaría una mano de pintura.
