    Staff are very approachable. You can contact them via their Zalo and they are very responsive. The room is quite smaller than the one in the photos but it was very, very nice. The bathtub has jets. The hallway is very clean and smelled very good. The area has nearby restaurants and cafes, and the vibe of the street is great for photo op, too~ The place is quiet although it is nearby the airport, you will the noise of the airplanes passing by sometimes but not to the point that it will disturb your rest.

    I booked this hotel specifically because the Agoda listing said it has a fitness center. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that there is no fitness center at all. This was very disappointing and misleading. The information on Agoda is not accurate, and this facility should be removed from the hotel’s description. I hope the hotel and Agoda update the listing so future guests are not misinformed.
