Good size, parking is great. Cinema room is very good Shops nice and close, close to beaches
Be aware - this is not a four-bedroom house- it’s three bedrooms with a sofa bed in the cinema and the library will only fit a single, on-the-floor. There is a BBQ shown in the pictures but not included in the property. There was only one Towel and the rest of the Towels were in the tumble dryer. We had to do the rest and dry them.

Very clean, very well equipped, cinema room a bonus , 4 bedroom house with en-suite bathrooms, 1 bathroom and ground floor toilet. Very comfortable stay. 15 mins drive from Town Crntre and 5 mins drive to local major chain stores like Sainsbury, M&S, Next, John Lewis & etc.

Location was just outside the city, Uber or Taxi's are very easy to get. The city has a good selection of shops, restaurants & pubs. Also only 5 miles from Goodwood Racecourse. A27 is close by to go east or west.

It’s a clean, comfortable house with a bathroom in every bedroom.
The layout on the ground floor can be a bit better. And the cinema room unpleasantly smells.
