Location was just outside the city, Uber or Taxi's are very easy to get. The city has a good selection of shops, restaurants & pubs. Also only 5 miles from Goodwood Racecourse. A27 is close by to go east or west.

It’s a clean, comfortable house with a bathroom in every bedroom.
The layout on the ground floor can be a bit better. And the cinema room unpleasantly smells.

The owners of this property could not have been more communicative, helpful and welcoming prior to our stay. The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. Everything was super clean and the place warm and welcoming - much appreciated given that it was freezing outside! The Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch for which we were very grateful.
The lighting downstairs is a little on the austere side - some lamps would soften the atmosphere. Although the house is within a residential development, vehicles passing go at quite a lick!

It was clean, tidy and though we appreciated the small touches such as the supply of tea, coffee sugar , clean towels etc, it was both the cinema room that was 10/10
Hosts were also super responsive and house was also
Warm and cosy.
We stayed for 4 days and there was nothing we disliked.
