The location was perfect for commuting to my conference. I was solo but it offered plenty of beds for group accommodation. Valet parking was a plus.

It was beautifully decorated. Inside it was perfect.
Location. People were sketchy and I was scared most of the night. There was fighting at 2am in the hallway and I was afraid to leave in the morning. Make sure you’re not alone and it’s great!

Accommodation was stylish, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was beautiful, with plenty of towels. The owner was very kind and helpful and communicated almost immediately. Overall, a good price-to-quality ratio.
I would improve the air conditioning ventilation. The room with the beds was poorly ventilated. The location was not great — right in front of the building entrance there were many homeless people constantly asking for money. The common areas were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Parking in the parking garage… well… the staff were quite often unhelpful and retrieving the car took a long time. Very soft beads.
