Security is very big problem , if i dont have a room i cant enter this is ridiculous i cant pass reception , Güvenliklerde pek ingilizce bilmediği için sorun çıkarıyor odam olmadan resepsiyona gidemezmisim

The chalet had everything you need in it. The chalet staff were lovely and very attentive when things were needed.

The staff at the Mirage Resort are incredibly rude and argumentative. The chalet isn’t officially part of the main resort, although you can still enjoy all the facilities, the staff at the main reception shouted at me and refused to help when I needed help. There’s a seperate management for the chalet, who are nice, but, this wasn’t clearly explained in the beginning so I didn’t know. So the chalet staff are nice but the main resort staff were awful. Also, the bedding clearly wasn’t washed before my stay because it smelt of someone else’s cologne. The hours for the water park in the resort are 10-12 and 2-4pm, this also wasn’t explained so I really missed out on time at the water park as both times I went it abruptly stopped, without warning.
