Metro DongAm Home Motel

Room was very spacious, large comfortable bed. The bed had a heated blanket which may have been nice if it wasn't summer. TV was convenient. Right next to a station with good access to the city.

Room was very dirty, there was an actual bloody booger smeared on the glass bathroom door which I had to avoid, and I cut my foot on a piece of glass that was on the floor. The room STANK of cigarettes despite being labelled as no smoking, I ended up buying a cheap perfume and spraying it everywhere constantly to avoid a headache. The location feels incredibly dodgy, I did not feel safe walking around alone at all. There was no remote for the AC, and no alternative instructions, so I had to stand on the bed and reach up to the roof to unplug and plug it to use. Very limited dining facilities, only a single microwave on the first floor and some chopsticks.

It was clean, with an easy and efficient check-in process. The staff is friendly, the rooms are exactly as advertised and the windows were even tinted to keep sunlight away in the early morning. It’s right by cafes, convenience stores and public transport, easy to get to Seoul in about 45 minutes.

Sometimes noisy outside

Budget motel walking distance to tube [3m] to take you into Seoul v easy. Don't expect a 5☆ hotel but as it goes ideal for an in expensive stay whilst visiting Seoul. Room size ok , bathroom huge, overall a good choice to start exploring. If you arrive late a self check in is available. Room cleaning on request.
