Other Details to Note:
Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM out of respect for neighbors and to keep the setting peaceful.
Air Conditioning: This home does not have air conditioning. Being in VT, this is typically not an issue as night time temps often drop into the 50's and 60's in summer. However, unseasonably warm evenings, while infrequent, are still possible in summer. Fans are in abundance and tips on how to keep the house cool during these rare nights can be found in our home guide.
Exterior Cameras: please note we have a ring camera that faces outward towards the driveway and pool entrance as well as a pool deck camera. Neither are monitored actively, and are there to ensure safety of our guests when outside the property. Tampering with these cameras may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Cancellations & Modifications: We do not modify reservation dates or issue refunds after the cancellation period has ended. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance or Airbnb’s extended cancellation option to protect their stay.
Local attractions: Waterbury Reservoir, Camel’s Hump trails, Ben & Jerry’s Factory, Little River State Park, three ski-resorts (Bolton, Stowe and Sugarbush), and award‑winning local breweries and restaurants are only minutes away.
