Another full bathroom with shower serves the 2 other bedrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the first floor. The top floor above hosts a 60m2 solarium with sofas, transats, and a dinning area.
On the ground floor, the large glass doors of the dining room open on the magnificent sea coast view all the way to Africa and on a terrace with sofas; the adjacent 20m2 lounge allows relaxing, watching TV on a 65' screen or play with an XBOX1.
