About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Country Inn! This quaint 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located in central St. Pete, making it a breeze to get anywhere you may need! We are just a 5 minute drive to I275, which will take you downtown in about 10 mins. St. Pete Beach is about a 15-minute drive, and both TPA and PIE are nearby within a 15 - 20 minute drive! This is a small community of 6 units that share a retro pool! The entire property was designed for vacationers.
A newly renovated apartment with simple decor and plush furnishings. We like to provide everything you may need and more for your short - or long-term stay with us.
The small 6 unit complex is on a quiet residential street just across the street from a community baseball field. The property is extremely quaint and quiet, surrounded by pine trees.
Everything inside the apartment is of course 100% private. All outdoor areas (including the pool) are shared spaces.
I love interacting with my guests however that interaction totally depends on you! Please don`t hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything at all! I want to make sure you have the best time at my home.
An extremely quiet and residential neighborhood. For being so centrally located and just off Park Blvd, the street is incredibly quiet and virtually noiseless unless a game is going on across the street at the community baseball field
It would be totally doable to Uber. However, I always recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay to the area
This is one apartment of six at the small multi unit complex designed for guests. You will have dedicated parking with the opportunity to bring 1 additional car once you have inquired.

Third-Party Bookings:
If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval.
While your own Airbnb account is verified, a third-party guest is not—so this extra step ensures safety and compliance for everyone. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but we’re happy to accommodate them with proper verification.
Damages & Responsibility:
Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required.
This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes.
If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement.
This is a commercial property with a commercially serviced pool. While the pool is cleaned twice weekly, weather can sometimes affect its condition between services.
We cannot issue refunds for temporary closures or weather-related impacts (such as storms, wind, or debris).
Health inspections occur about every six months, and occasionally a new code rule may affect pool availability for a short period.
We always do our best to keep everything in top shape, but sometimes things are out of our control. If pool access is essential to your stay, feel free to ask about current conditions before booking.
Pets:
We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the $300 pet fee, which covers the extra cleaning care they require.
The fee is per pet—if you’re bringing more than one, we’ll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed.
If a pet arrives unannounced, the $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in.
Cancellations:
This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up.
Smoking:
The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside only—please use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.
Extended Stays (29+ Days):
Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. We’ll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates.
No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking.
Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received.

We spent 10 glorious days in this adorable apartment. It was quiet, clean, with a very comfortable king size bed, complete kitchen, and easy access to St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Snell Isle, Palm Harbor. We spent our time enjoying the pool, biking the Pinellas Trail, visiting the many gorgeous beaches, playing pickleball at the local recreation facility, and dining out at fabulous restaurants in the area. We will be back again in the fall and winter.

Great location, easy drive to all beaches and downtown Tampa. The pool was very nice and although it is shared we were pretty much the only ones in it. Parking is easy and for me, I was working on vacation so I could sit at the pool while doing work calls. Agree with other review, could use a small dresser in the bedroom, more utensils and some pool towels to not have to use bathroom towels. Overall, great place and great experience! Oh, don’t sleep on Victor’s Kitchen, a great hole in the wall diner just a few blocks away.

Love the little apt and the heated pool was a bonus. A few suggestions: a few more forks and spoons. More towels, tp and paper towel. 😊. Unit needs a dresser. Add a comfy chair to living room. Overall we rate this very very good! Will be back we hope!
