This beautiful duplex apartment, located on the 6th floor of Elinka, a quiet residence in Avoriaz, offers a generous surface area of around 97 m² and open views of the slopes and the resort. Perfectly suited to accommodate up to 8 guests, it impresses with its functional layout, bright spaces, and three balconies facing the mountains and the village. A warm and comfortable space designed to enjoy mountain life to the fullest, both in summer and winter.

The main living space is spacious, bright, and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The lounge opens onto a welcoming dining area. From the living room, you can access one of the balconies, offering a beautiful open view over the resort.
