Welcome to Livin Lavish! Come and enjoy this fabulous seaside sanctuary! This stunning new construction home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located across the street from the beach Livin Lavish offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The exterior of Livin Lavish includes a private pool, under house parking, large gravel driveway, enclosed outdoor shower and north and south facing stairwells leading to the main level. Under the home is the elevator foyer making unloading a breeze. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen are tastefully decorated for your families enjoyment. The living area features comfortable seating, large TV, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining features a large circular dining table that seats six. The breakfast bar in the kitchen seats an additional four people. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, double basin sink, herringbone backsplash, and accented with gold cabinet pulls and faucet. The master suite is located on the west side of the home, featuring a king bed, TV, views of the Gulf, chandelier, and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, stand up shower, soaking tub, and water closet. Also located on the west side of the home is the bunk room that includes one single bunk bed (2 single beds) and one single/double bunk bed (1 single and 1 double bed), TV, and fandelier. Neighboring the bunk room is the shared bathroom that features a standard shower/tub combo. The east side of the home hosts 2 other suites. Located directly off the living area a king suite can be found with king bed, TV, views of the Gulf, and en-suite bathroom with a tiled stand-up shower. The last king suite is located off of the hallway behind the kitchen. This King suite is decorated in blacks and yellows, featuring a king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. Beach access is located directly across the street from the home.

This house was perfect for our family. We loved the great views and quick walk to the beach. The decor was cute and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with all of the things we needed to cook meals. We also loved swimming in the pool every day! We will definitely stay at Livin' Lavish again.
