About this apartment rental
Located on the 21st floor, facing east, it has one of the best views of the city, from the dining room, the balcony, and the bedroom.
It features a foyer and a central plaza with seating where you can spend some quiet time.
The apartment features a living-dining room with laminate flooring; a full kitchen and laundry room; a state-of-the-art bathroom; one bedroom with a 1.90m x 1.40m bed and a balcony.
Living/dining room: Features a dining table, gas stove, and incredible views.
Kitchen: For cooking, there's a gas stove.
The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer.
Laundry room: We have an automatic washing machine, should you need to use it.
Bathroom/Shower: Hot water is heated by an electric water heater (as it consumes a lot of energy, it's best to turn it on when showering and then turn it off).
Bedroom: Features new roller blinds that allow you to darken the room, if you prefer.
Features new hot/cold air conditioning. Recently installed.
Lighting: All the lighting in the apartment is new, with modern fixtures.
Shared patio: Located in front of the entrance hall.
It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days in the city.
This apartment is exclusively for guests, with a maximum of two people.
The entrance to the building, including the lobby and elevators, is shared with the owners and tenants of the other apartments in the complex.
On Fridays, we can welcome guests until 5:00 PM.
We do not welcome or check out guests on Saturdays.
For long stays (more than 28 days): we include all utilities and taxes. These include: utilities, gas, water, internet, insurance, and property tax. Electricity is also included, up to a maximum of $50,000 (Argentine pesos) per month. If there is a surplus, we send the tenant a link to pay the difference.
