The primary bedroom is complete with a king size bed, 40` TV, oversized closet, and a micro office. On your way to the primary suite, you will find the secondary bedroom, with queen size bed and desk, as well as the stylish full bathroom with double vanity sinks. Indulge in your favorite shows and movies on the 50` TV while relaxing on the spacious sectional in the living room.
You’ll literally be minutes from downtown Columbus, the Short North Arts and University district, parks, theaters, coffee shops, popular restaurants/ diners, and several other downtown Columbus landmarks! Enjoy the convenience of quick access to major highways such as I-315, I-71, I-23, I-270, I-670.
The building itself is located right off I-315/ Olentangy highway. Upon arriving at Olentangy Terrace, guests can park in the open lot. You will see an exposed brick front entrance with white pillars and pendant lights. A code will be required to enter the building. The mail room will be behind the first set of doors. The second door brings you into the foyer. From here, take the stairs to the top floor - Door 208 will be on the left. We will provide a key pad code for seamless entry.
