Looking for a relaxing escape on the water? Our lakefront cottage on beautiful Washademoak Lake has everything you need for the perfect getaway — whether it’s a weekend with friends, a romantic retreat, or a family vacation!

Sleeps 6 comfortably:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed + twin bunk beds
Living Room: Converts to double sofa bed
Full kitchen with cooking essentials
Washer & dryer on-site
All linens and towels provided
We have puzzles, board games, cards, card games, books and gaming console. Roku TV
Discounts available for weekly & monthly stays – perfect for a longer escape or remote work

House Rules
• No smoking or vaping indoors, please.
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM, please be respectful of neighbours
• Pets: 1 Dog Permitted, must have prior approval and clean up after pet. A $50 pet fee applies and will be charged if not previously registered in your VRBO fees.
• No Unregistered Guests or visitors without prior approval, max 6 guests per stay.
• Hot Tub: Please put cover on hot tub when not in use. No Food or drinks in Hot Tub. Also ensure you are clean upon entering.
• Dishes: Wash and put away any dishes used during your stay.
• Shoes: Please remove shoes upon entering cottage
• Laundry: washer and dryer are available for use. Please follow instructions. Please leave towels in the washer or shower upon checkout
• Outdoor Furniture: Please put covers on furniture when not is use. Cushions are located in the deck box, please store cushions in deck box when not is use.
• Outdoor Kitchen: Please ensure propane is turned off when not appliances are not in use. Please ensure area has cooled before covering. Water and Fridge in the outdoor kitchen area are only available during summer months. They are winterized in the fall.
• Parking: Park only in the designated parking area. Do not block neighbours driveways or access roads.
• Enter the lake or dock area at your own risk; no lifeguards on duty.
• Children and Pets must be supervised at all times. Do not leave unattended.
• Garbage & Recycling: Place all garbage in Clear bag and tie up and leave in basement when full or at the end of your stay
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
