Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement.
2. Residential Use Only
This property is strictly for residential use. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Noise Levels
Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
4. Overnight Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. All visitors must be approved in advance.
5. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas - please use ashtrays and follow fire safety practices.
6. Pets
Sorry No Pets allowed inside the property. Pets may be kept outside with prior approval. Guests Must clean up after them and ensure they do not damage plants and outdoor furniture.
7. Cleanliness
Please keep the space clean and tidy. Housekeeping may be arranged upon request.
8. Kitchen Use
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. Kindly wash all dishes after use and dispose of food waste properly.
