- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and/or snow chains are recommended in the winter months to access the property
- There is wildlife activity in the area; children should be supervised at all times
- Bears may visit the property from time to time; please remove all food from your vehicles, and keep vehicle windows, vehicle doors, and cabin doors closed and locked
- This property features 5 exterior surveillance cameras: 1 camera is located on the front porch facing out, 1 camera is on the left side of the cabin facing out, 1 camera is on the right side of the cabin facing the parking area, 1 camera is on the back deck facing the basement door/back property (owner access only), and 1 camera is on under the deck facing the HVAC system. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

We had an amazing stay at Bear Hugs Cabin! The cabin was decorated for Christmas and was so cozy. We loved the area and views. We even saw a bear! 🐻 The property was clean, ready for guests, and had everything you’d need for a nice stay! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so easy drive downtown or Dollywood. Overall, great stay and loved the cabin!

Everything was as described! Very clean, amazing location and view! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The owner was very helpful, kind, and accommodating! We all enjoyed our time and plan to come back at some point. Highly recommend this cabin!

The property and location were great! The owner was very helpful, gave a lot of suggestions as to where to go, what to see in the area. The cabin was clean. My wife and 2 sons really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.
