Luxuriously renovated throughout and set amongst beautifully manicured tropical gardens, with access to a private shared villa pool, this property is only a short stroll to the magical Four Mile Beach and approximately 2kms walk into town. Located on the southern side of the resort, Villa 422 offers accommodation at its finest.
Open plan living is accentuated by way of glass balustrades on both levels, creating a feeling of generous space. The ground floor encompasses a designer kitchen with European appliances making catering a pleasure. There are generous dining and living areas to relax and unwind whilst sharing drinks, watching a movie, or curling up with your favorite book, options are endless!
The 2nd bedroom has built in robes with a private courtyard and shares the main bathroom. The main bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet also offers built-in laundry facilities, fully equipped with washer and dryer. An undercover alfresco dining area is available for additional entertainment and outdoor enjoyment.
The second level upstairs is light filled and includes an additional mezzanine floor, where a loft style home-office space has been created. Overlooking the golf course through the glass balustrades, this area is perfect for those needing to work or study whilst holidaying. The generous Master bedroom offers a double vanity and private balcony with sweeping views of the tropical gardens and the fourth fairway.
