Split across two levels, this 3-bedroom ‘hybrid’ offers a unique layout. With two generous sized bedrooms upstairs, it boasts an extended private balcony across both rooms, where you can wake to beautiful sunrises. The master comprises of a King bed with ensuite and neighbors the 2nd queen bedroom. The 3rd bedroom, located on the ground floor, has built in robes and a private courtyard. All bedrooms are carpeted. Laundry facilities are available, complete with washer and dryer and housed in the main bathroom downstairs, for added convenience.
The self-catering kitchen is fully equipped and leads into a spacious dining room. Offering open plan living, the sunk-in lounge room is accessible via a few steps down.
