Villa 179 is on the extreme northern end of the complex, in an unbeatable position. Part of an intimate cluster of four villas, it offers privacy and seclusion like no other. With the convenience of walking distance to town’s center, a leisurely stroll to the iconic Four Mile Beach or main Hotel facilities, you will be spoilt for choice regarding dining and entertainment options.
Tastefully decorated with expansive use of marble and carpets to both bedrooms and the living area, it’s timeless in design and stylishly furnished in cooler tones, evoking a sense of calm.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and comprises of ensuite & private balcony which overlooks the shared villa pool. The second bedroom downstairs is generous and offers flexible bedding configuration options, built-in wardrobes and a small private courtyard. This room shares the main bathroom, where laundry facilities are housed for added convenience.
Self-contained with fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining, being split level, the sunk-in living area is accessed via a few steps down. Substantial in size, it features an industrial fan that stems from the high vaulted ceiling, for added comfort. Divided by glass sliding doors, the outdoor entertainment space is directly opposite the shared villa pool, making it so convenient to have a dip any time of the day.
