Welcome to our custom-built Vermont mountain retreat—handcrafted with love by my husband for unforgettable family getaways, ski weekends, and cozy winter escapes. Every detail of this home was designed with warmth, comfort, and connection in mind.

Perfectly located near Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain, our home is an ideal basecamp for skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking, tubing, and après-ski relaxation. Whether you’re chasing fresh powder or planning a quiet couples’ retreat, you’re in the perfect spot.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in our open, family-friendly living space, filled with natural light, cozy vibes, and room to gather. One of our favorite winter features? The soothing sound of the river just steps away, flowing gently beneath the snow—pure mountain magic, day and night.

The Space
• First Floor: Kick off your stay in our game room, complete with a foosball table, Boss Toss, and other fun games—perfect for kids (and kids at heart!). Located on its own floor, it’s great for late-night fun without disturbing sleepers upstairs.

• Second Floor: A large open kitchen with an island, dining table, and cozy living room with a gas fireplace—perfect for winter evenings. This floor also has one bedroom with bunk beds and a half bath with washer/dryer.

• Third Floor: Two spacious bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a king—plus a fabulous, large master bathroom with plenty of closet space. There’s also a separate room for a play space or office.

Our home sits alongside Ball Mountain Brook, with private access right across the street—perfect for sitting by the water or wading in the summer. Just two miles down the road, you’ll find Pikes Falls, a beautiful local swimming hole. Enjoy the big deck with patio seating, the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and the peaceful sounds of the forest.
