I had a stay with my infant and an amazing stay it was

We enjoyed our stay and continental breakfast was very nice with many varieties. We got disappointed for one reason, I booked 3 rooms assuming that 6 people by default and preferred continental breakfast. At the time of checkin I was asked to pay close to 950Rs per person as room booking went with default number of persons as 1. That’s ridiculous. Don’t you think per room 2 persons counted by default unless and otherwise mentioned 3 persons?

Good Stay, But Disappointing Negligence in Room Maintenance Overall, the stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati, was good. However, I was genuinely disappointed by certain issues that should not be overlooked by a hotel of this standard. There were mosquitoes inside the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. More concerningly, there was a protruding nail in the bathroom that could easily have slit or injured someone’s leg. This is a serious safety hazard that reflects a lack of proper inspection and maintenance. While the overall hospitality and stay were satisfactory, such negligence is unacceptable, particularly at a reputed hotel where guests expect basic hygiene, safety, and attention to detail. It is disappointing to encounter issues that could potentially cause injury and should have been identified during routine room inspections. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, addresses these safety concerns immediately, and ensures that other guests do not have a similar experience.
