The kitchen is fully equipped and finished beautifully with stone bench tops. It offers tropical views across the open plan living area via ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. Beyond this is a spacious dining area, leading down to a sunk-in lounge room, which is accessed by a few steps. Glass sliding doors open to an entertaining veranda, an extension from the living room, this area is finished with sandstone pavers. The entertaining space is perfect to enjoy the warmer weather and ocean breeze.
The master bedroom is located upstairs, with an ensuite and private balcony, whilst the second bedroom on the ground floor is generous, with built-in robes and a private courtyard.
