    Excellent choice. The location suits my needs of nearby to public transport and with airport pick up. There are almost everything needed around the hotel. Hotel is new and the facilities is awesome

    Hotel is clean. Staff well assist to take airport pickup, just contact them when arrival. Very close to subway station, but no elevator /escalator to platform. Not very suitable for travellers with big luggage

    Very nice and clean new hotel with smart functions in the room. Location is just at the doorstep of Renhe metro station and also very near to Baiyun Airport. Hotel also provides free airport transfers for guest on request. Ji Hotel is also situated next to HuaTong Shopping Mall and lots of eateries and restaurants nearby.

    Good location and one of the cleaner hotels in the area but reeks of smoke which you can’t tell until you’ve arrived at the hotel. A majority of the staff only speak mandarin so there was a language barrier in being able to assist with the smell. The hotel offered a room switch and an air purifier, but the other rooms didn’t smell any better and the air purifier only helped minimally. We weren’t able to cancel our stay due to the booking policy with Agoda but when we spoke to ***, she said that if we checked out a day early, we will be reimbursed for our stay after the invoice is sent to Agoda. We checked out of our stay a day early as we were very uncomfortable with our stay. Despite this, we’ve yet to receive any financial compensation for our last day.
