If you have not checked out by 11:15am, you will be charged an additional $250 fee for the inconvenience to our cleaners.
Please make sure you have all your belongings - check inside dressers & nightstands. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Items left behind may be disposed immediately after your stay.
Please make sure everything is turned off upon check out, including:

Leave unit at 70 degree (Do not turn off)

Quiet Hours - 9pm - 8am - Every Day
There are guests living in neighboring apartments, please respect quiet hours. If there are complaints from guests about loud noise during quiet hours, you will be subject to a $100 fine for violating this rule.
⭐️ Furniture ⭐️
Please do not move furniture. Tables, Chairs, Couches, Beds, Nightstands, Rugs, Appliances, and any other furniture shall not be moved from its original space. Moving furniture from it’s original location may be subject to a $200 fine for violating this rule.
⭐️ Smart TV ⭐️
Netflix, HULU, Youtube TV, and other apps are available on the Smart TV. Please access these on your own account and be sure to sign out upon checkout.
⭐️ Cleaning Info ⭐️
Cleaning supplies is located in the kitchen/bathroom, under the sink. A Vacuum can be found in the closet.
A spray mop & broom are located inside the unit. Kindly set your shoes on the shoe mat inside. No shoes to be worn inside the unit. Excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, grass, or stains on the floors/rug.

The first aid kit is located under the bathroom vanity.
The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, under the sink.
⭐️LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS⭐️
There is a shared laundry available in the basement. Please do not overload the laundry machine, only light loads allowed. Please do not use fabric softener. Please make sure to clean the lint trap after each use.
Iron & Ironing Board are available in the laundry closet.
⭐️Pet Policy & Dog Park⭐️
This home unit is NOT pet friendly.
Undocumented pets will be subject to $500 fine and immediate eviction.
⭐️Smoking Policy ⭐️
Smoking is only allowed outside, at least 25ft away from the building. Smoking inside the unit OR within 25ft of the building will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction, with no refund.
Please dispose all smoking waste in the green dumpster. If debris is found after your stay, a $200 fine will be applied.
⭐️SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ⭐️
A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
