Welcome to 23 & 25 Pine Hill Road—your perfect coastal escape for families, friends, or group getaways. Nestled on the shores of Blue Hill, this unique rental includes two neighboring homes with a combined sleeping capacity of 14, offering plenty of space to gather while still enjoying privacy.
The Space
Guests have full use of both homes, each with its own kitchen, living areas, and comfortable bedrooms—ideal for multiple families or large groups. Large windows and outdoor decks offer serene views of the water and surrounding pines, creating a true Maine retreat. The cabin features three bedrooms, with two being on the main level. These bedrooms feature a king and a queen bed. A third bedroom in the lower level has two twin beds. In the cottage, there are three main floor bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. The lower level offers a separate living space with pull out sofa along with a fourth bedroom with a double bed.
Step outside to enjoy direct water access from both properties, perfect for kayaking, swimming, or simply soaking in the coastal beauty. A charming wooden bridge leads to your very own private island, where you’ll find a picnic table and firepit area—the ultimate spot for sunset gatherings, s’mores, or quiet morning coffee.
