On the main floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms:
A king bedroom offering extra space and comfort.
A queen bedroom, cozy and thoughtfully furnished.
The lower level provides a private hideaway with a bedroom featuring two twin beds—perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests.
Outside, the natural surroundings and fresh Maine air create the perfect backdrop for your getaway. Just a short drive from Blue Hill’s vibrant village center, you’ll have easy access to local shops, galleries, hiking trails, and scenic coastal drives.
This rustic yet comfortable retreat is the ideal base for exploring Downeast Maine—or simply enjoying quiet moments away from it all.
Guest Access:
Please note that the owner does live on site. He has private access oints to the downstairs level, including a separate entrance, the utility room, and the downstairs hallway. We kindly ask that guests do not use these areas. Guests have access to the laundry room located downstairs, which is a shared utility space with the owner.
Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask that there is no smoking inside the home and that pets stay off the beds.
