About this house rental
Check out this newly-renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with Game Room and off street parking, close to Downtown/Crossroads/Westport/KUMed. This stylish, three story townhome has a dedicated game room, in unit W&D, off street parking for up to 3 cars and a backyard patio with seating and gas grill. 39th St, Westport, the Plaza, Crossroads, Power and Light, Sprint Center are all less than 10 minute drive and Chiefs and Royals stadiums are 17 minute drive and KCI airport 24 minute drive.
The Space:
The property has a private entrance and private driveway, with off street parking for 2-3 cars.
The main level has a full kitchen stocked with all kitchen essentials and some pantry staples, as well as a drop coffee pot and Keurig with coffee pods. There is also an open plan living and dining room with plenty of seating, plus the master bedroom (king bed) and a full bath.
Off the main floor is a sliding door to a private patio with seating, string lights and a gas grill.
The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen over queen bunk bed) as well as a second full bath.
All bedrooms have smart TVs and new luxury hybrid mattresses.
*GAME ROOM*
On the ground floor there is a game room with arcade games, a Arcade 1Up Infinity game table, a Nex Playground (motion-based gaming system) and another smart TV with seating. There are also blocks and other toys for younger kids. Note that the Game Room is not heated or air conditioned and may not be usable during very hot or very cold days.
There is a washer and dryer with some laundry pods provided for your convenience.
The unit has a travel crib and high chair available for those traveling with younger kids, as well as two baby gates.

House had all the things we needed. Linens were all clean. The kids game room was a great addition. I didn’t need the host for anything but he was readily available if needed. There were areas that were really dusty and the location had some questionable things around it.
