About this apartment rental
Welcome to Pepin Guest Haus! Unwind at our cozy yet modern loft above the garage with beautiful views of Lake Pepin and in walking distance to virtually everything in town. It is a block away from Villa Bellezza Winery.
Pepin Guest Haus is nicely appointed with everything you need for a relaxing trip- queen bed, brand new twin rollaway bed, kitchenette, shower, living area with sofa and TV, and deck with seating area and grill. Enjoy our firepit area as well!
Please note: Since we are near Lake Pepin, we are also near train tracks. Trains come at an undetermined schedule. Thankfully we are in a "no train horn" zone but they do rumble. While we love the trains and their nostalgia, this is not for everyone.
Please note: There are 15 steps to access the Pepin Guest Haus, which is located in a private and separate building from the main house (our residence) above the garage. We have a personal garage door opener/security camera that guests will walk by on the right side of the garage.

Mary was an excellent host and pre-arrival communicator was top notch.I would describe the apartment as lovely and clean, with great attention to detail.We were in town for a wedding, and it was a perfect place to stay.Thank you, Mary, for everything!

Our stay was wonderful. The pull out cot was very very comfortable! Everything in the unit was very clean and kitchen was labeled very well and very organized.We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you so much!
