Conveniently located in JVC, you’ll be close to Dubai’s main roads for easy access across the city, while enjoying a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood.

No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as I will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
If the access or parking cards are lost, a replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for each item.
To accommodate the diverse cultural backgrounds of our holiday home apartment owners, we might kindly refrain from providing wine glasses or any alcohol-related items, as some owners may follow the Muslim faith and it is important to respect their choices in accordance with the cultural norms of Dubai.
If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.
Bloom Tower is located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a peaceful family-friendly community with local cafés, grocery stores, and quick access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Perfect for reaching Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, or Downtown within 20 minutes.
In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.
This apartment is registered in DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing).
