The heating is electric storage heaters and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. For entertainment there is a TV, selection of games and WiFi. Fuel and power are included. To the outside there is a shared garden and gravelled area with furniture, along with parking for two cars. Pets and smoking are not permitted. On-site facilities include a laundrette with washing machine and tumble dryer, a play area, games room and table tennis. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 2.4 miles. 7 Ty’n Don is a lovely escape, whatever time of year.

Town: A pretty Georgian coastal town located between Cardigan and Aberystwyth with a lovely pebble beach and beautiful sea views. There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and watersports, or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
