About this apartment rental

This cozy studio was designed by local artist, Melissa Cancel. Located in the heart of San Diego's finest neighborhood, South Park. Dozens of shops, restaurants, bars, and walkable scenic routes less than 3 blocks from the studio. Less than a 10 minute drive from the airport, Balboa Park, Downtown, North Park, Petco Park, The San Diego Zoo, the Convention Center, and more! Beautiful outdoor area for sitting or enjoying a coffee in the morning.

The room is equipped with complimentary snacks, drinks, coffee, toiletries, as well as a smart TV equipped with Netflix, and AC.

This is definitely a small space, but good enough for one person and a short stay. The decorations were super cute. Snacks and beverages were provided. The shower is very tiny, but everything was in working order. There are stairs above and a few barking dogs inside on the premises as they are protecting their property. I wouldn’t recommend this for more than 1 person unless you like being very cozy. Communication was good. The entry is private and it is a very safe neighborhood with lots of great places to eat/drink within walking distance! I didn’t need a heater or AC. Just had a window open for fresh air.
