Inside, floor-to-ceiling views let you check ski conditions or simply admire the gondola gliding past and the slopes rising above town. Whether it’s morning coffee or evening cocktails, the mountain backdrop is unforgettable.
The inviting living area features an open-concept design, cozy seating, a flat-screen TV, and those epic mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, and coffee maker makes meal prep effortless—whether you’re whipping up breakfast before a day on the slopes or hosting après-ski drinks with friends.

This was our family’s first time staying down in the town of Telluride and we could not have loved it more. The location and setup of this 3rd floor condo was excellent and proximate to all of downtown Telluride. My kids had plenty of room and this was, overall, a perfect stay. Thank you again!

This property was in a great location for everything! Short walk to food/shops/hiking/gondola! I loved the look of the property in the photos and thought it was even better in person. It was on the third floor and there’s no elevator. This didn’t bother us at all, but it’s definitely something to be reminded of. We would 100% stay here again and really hope to make that happen!
