About this apartment rental
This is my house where I lived the last 20 years. With open kitchen and living area you have a beautiful view of the garden and pool. My cat Pippi still lives there , and loves to sleep in your room, which she is not allowed to do. The studio upstairs is where I live when I'm in Tamarindo or is rented. The house is located central and well nested. Parking space is in front of the property.
My house is most suitable for young couples, not children or elderly people.
The space
The property has two houses, my house is one studio upsatairs, where I'm living, and the small apartment downstairs that is listed. the apartment is with the open kitchen and living room, the bedroom has a queen size bed with the bathroom is inside, not big space.
The studio upstairs is where I live when in town or rented. In the other house live my husband so garden and pool are shared.
Guest access
The entrance gate is shared with me and my husband that lives in the house nextdoor or me or guests in the studio upstares.
Pool is shared.
Other things to note
There are stairs all around.
The house is suitable for yung people.
Please keep in mind that we are in Costa Rica and we have from ants till monkeys around and with a kitchen outside is hard to keep food safe. So please trow out the garbage every night an put food in the fridge that is secured with a lock.
Me and Alex are in the property and some times guests upstairs, is not a private house...of course your space is just for you.
