Plentiful parking, walking distance to bus/light rail. Features full kitchen, fireplace, spacious rooms, but you'll also enjoy a private garden with a fire pit and dining area! One thing's for certain, by the time your trip comes to an end, you'll fit in just like a local.
This mother-in-law apartment has a separate exterior entrance from the back yard.
The kitchen with a gas range is well stocked with cooking utensils, knifes, pots pans and basic cooking supplies (flour, spices).
Your host lives upstairs. I have two teenage kids who are here quite often and respectful of guest privacy.
The unit is family friendly and in a quiet neighborhood of classic Seattle homes. Walking distance to the Burke Gilman trail, U Village Shopping center, UW and Ravenna Park.
Bedroom has a queen size bed and sofa in the living room is a very comfortable pull out queen.
