Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen for home cooked meals and a cozy living area with a queen bed, and twin bed. Step outside to enjoy the generous covered patio overlooking the sparkling pool—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The property is designed for fun and relaxation, offering a volleyball court, basketball court, playground, and even a quaint pond to enjoy during your stay. Whether you’re looking to lounge poolside or get active outdoors, there’s something for everyone.

There is space for one car on the right side of the driveway.

Located in the quaint town of Goodlettsville, about a 30 minute drive from Downtown Nashville on Interstate 65. With award winning parks and walking trails, antique shops and specialty boutiques, Historic Mansker's Station, and unique restaurants and eateries, this area is home to friendly faces, historic places, and good old southern graces.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
