About this apartment rental
This large Beachfront Penthouse Apt is set over 3 levels with a huge rooftop terrace that has great ocean, beach & national park views. Both bedrooms have en-suites & there is a separate powder room. There is a resort pool & tennis court & guests have aprivate beachfront access from the front of the resort through the national park.
Guest have access to the whole apartment.
5mins to Noosa & 20 mins from airport. Being beachfront & surrounded by national park, makes this apartment so peaceful, and its only a few minutes to Sunshine beach, Peregian beach & Noosa Heads.
These centres are full of great cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping & interesting small bars.
There are many walks from the house, along the beach or through the national park to choose from.
There are frequent busses from the nearby bus stop of `Castaways Creek` that are free on school holidays & weekends.
There is an amazing beach at your doorstep & patrolled beaches are only a few minutes away by
car.
The bike path in front of the house one of the best in the region if you prefer to ride.
1 Small, well house trained dog under 15kg is welcome upon request first, the pet fee is $95 per stay.
There are some useful beach items which guests have access to, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys & activities.
There are 2 flights of stairs to the main door of the apartment.
1 Small-Med well house trained dog under 20kg`s is welcome upon request first, the pet fee is $95 per stay.

The apartment is very well maintained and offers a nice roof-top view to the ocean. We had a great time and enjoyed the place.The host was very responsive, i.e. we always received an answer within a few minutes for any question we had, which was very much appreciated.We definitely can recommend that place.

I loved how the sun streamed into the lounge in the morning, as well as the alfresco area on the roof. Breath taking views and such a great area for a barbecue and to chill lax and read a book. I loved that we could take our fur babies with, and we had beautiful nature trails and the best dog beach ever a stone throw away. Also a fabulous location if you are looking for a short drive to Noosa Heads. We will definitely be back. Thanks Greg.

Location and rooftop alfresco space were superb. Beach access and walking tracks to surrounding bushlands and the Noosa National Park were stunning. This location was an idealic blend of ocean relaxation and bushwalking. The beds were super comfy and the weather was perfect. Greg was.an attentive host.

Pet friendly, great views. Walking distance to non patrolled off leash dog beach. Great communication between host Greg. Super happy with last minute stay and will be back.
