Very convenient to Spanish Springs (10 min by cart), a little further to Lake Sumter but not much. House is large, open, extremely clean, new remodel. Right on a corner lot so very quiet neighborhood. Wish the pool was heated, and the Murphy bed needs an update to a full-height mattress. So large, we didn't even venture to some of the outdoor spots at the house!

Really enjoyed the stay here - many nice touches that make you feel welcome like you are staying in a friend's home not just some rental. The pool and lanai are wonderful with privacy always and both sun and shade available most of the day. Location is excellent with easy access to so much. Would have no reservations in recommending to a friend or staying here again in the future.
