This newly renovated bedroom on the second level of a townhome built in 1975. The bedroom has all new furniture and decor. East Tallahassee has tons of restaurants and many shopping locations minutes from downtown. We are located in the heart of the city, with quick access to all downtown, universities, and hospitals. The neighborhood is quiet but a block over has many restaurants within a short driving distance.
The Space:
This private bedroom provides a full size bed with white linens, a side table and lamp, a smart TV with Hulu and Netflix provided as an amenity for you. Within the closet is extra table space or desk that can be pulled out if you'd like.
The townhome consists of 3 bedrooms in total. By reserving this private bedroom you will have a privacy lock with a key on your bedroom door. The bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance, and parking will be shared amongst other Airbnb travelers like yourself.
Guest Access:
Getting around the neighborhood/ city is most popular by car or ride share options. Parking at this townhome is limited to a two vehicle driveway shared with the other travelers during your reservation. There is additional free parking in the neighborhood's overflow parking located just 25 feet or so from our entry door.
