    We came for a 3 nights stay to celebrate my son’s 19th birthday. I gave the facilities a 3⭐️s rating bc the pool was not available. Cleanliness also got 3⭐️s bc the bedrooms’ carpet is very old, worn out and dirty. It stained my son’s white socks when he walked on it. I wore house slippers to avoid the same. Besides these 2 issues, I would still recommend and book another CTR stay. The 3 stories loft style cabin/condo is very charming and fits well in with Lake Tahoe’s breath taking lake and Mountain Views. Lauro, the front office host deserves a 5⭐️s rating just by himself for the excellent and very accommodating guest services that he provided. Our activities on this visit included lake swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, disc golfing and picnicking. The beaches and parks for these activities are conveniently close in either direction of Incline Village: SLT, Zephyr Cove, Kings Beach, or toward Truckee.

    Everything was good but master bedroom with king bed would have been better.

    Townhouses are pretty big. They are not updated (for maybe last 20-25 years). Pool was closed. Spa was working. One out of three bbq grills on the club house balcony worked. Location is OK: 5 min drive to the lake, 5 min drive to Diamond Peak ski resot (but this resort is not good one), 20 min drive to Northstar, 40 min drive to Palisades, 45 min drive to Reno. The grocery story (Raley's) is within walking distance. Casino (in Hyatt hotel) is 5 min drive. Games, sauna, small gym, and coffee inside of club house.
