WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5

This hotels advertising is very deceptive. Be aware the hotel amenities and staff are horrendous. The rooms have absolutely no amenities such as coffee maker, hair dryer, soap or anything else necessary for an overnight stay. I asked for an in room coffee maker and was told there is none but instead the hotel provided coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, however the hotel did not have any cups to drink coffee from. When brought to the front desk attendants attention they did nothing to resolve. Even though the rooms are advertised as long term stay with full kitchen, there is absolutely nothing provided to use the kitchen. Essentially you’d have to pack in absolutely every amenity you need for overnight. The hotel elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, and although the hotel looked updated it was very dirty and ill kept. We attempted to resolve all issues locally with hotel staff and were met with a non caring attitude. Read the fine print as this hotel is very deceptive in its description by hiding print that says nothing is included or provided with the room. I would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone else. Additionally we met several other customers in the lobby during checkout that were upset with the hotels lack of amenities, lack of cleanliness and non caring attitude from the staff.
