The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were somewhat clean. Not much on amenities. The amenities that were nice were the microwave and full refrigerator with freezer. Also, being pet friendly was great for us.

Close to where we needed to be.

It's a nice room but it is bare bones. I didn't have hand towels, there was no conditioner, lotion, or blow dryer, only shampoo. These are little things that are helpful in case you forget to pack your own. Not a deal-breaker though.
I also thought there might be a coffee maker in the room along with some dishes and cutlery but the kitchenettes are not stocked with those items. However, new and clean with a nice size refrigerator. The property is clean and well maintained, but it is literally on top of a freeway. The check-in clerk very kindly accommodated my request to be as far away from the freeway as possible but I could still hear it through the vent in the bathroom and the air conditioner. For people that don't like the noise, that might be an issue. It's close to restaurants and other services though.
