We are easy to reach for any of your needs by phone or text. I have been a host for over 12 years on properties in California and Colorado. The property has a guest cottage completely separate. No shared common space other than parking.
Bike, golf cart, car, walking. Room for 2 cars. We have a 6 seater golf cart for addition fee, also bikes. Complimentary beach cruisers are included.
The yard is completely fenced with amazing tropical landscaping and night lighting .
Pets must be pre-approved.
