HOUSE RULES: - A €30 surcharge will be applied if you leave the apartment after the permitted time. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and cigarette butts must not be left inside. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee. - An extra key is available for an additional €10. A deposit will be required for this key. In case of key loss, replacement fees may range from €40 to €80 depending on the type of key lost. Doors and windows must be locked before your departure, and the key returned to the key box. Pets are not allowed, except with prior agreement. We ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a charge equivalent to the deposit. Parties and events are strictly prohibited to ensure peace and quiet and respect for the neighborhood.
