Rental agreement + driver’s license required upon booking
$500 security hold (processed securely via OwnerRez; not charged until 2 days before arrival and released 7-10 business days after departure if no damages)
No smoking or pets
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
No unapproved parties, events, or fireworks
Parking on grass is prohibited
Missing or damaged linens/towels will be charged at replacement cost

House was great, there were 16 of us, we didn’t have time to use pool or hottub, movie theater was a big hit after a long day out. It was alittle hard to sleep at night, pretty warm in the house. Overall, we loved it, I would book this again, I would definitely bring a fan,
