The place was clean and I would definitely stay here again. A lot of the administration must be handled by Book Hocking rather than the owner who actually knows the property. They use similar language in every property description, including “4-wheel drive recommended” even though there is a perfectly flat parking area, and “leave your trash in the bins out on the driveway”, even though it should have said walk/drive your trash 1/8 mile to the end of the private road where all the trash cans are. Those were just minor annoyances for the dad planning which vehicle to drive and how to take out the trash. I don’t think the rest of the family noticed or cared. I would certainly stay here again!

Very clear and inviting. Well stocked with everything we needed.
The guys liked the theater room, while us ladies enjoyed the hot tub.

Beds not comfortable cheap matresses...heat pump did not warm home sufficiently...fireplace did not work
