- There is a built in Alexa system for your use, but please keep in mind that volume must stay at a reasonable level at all times - especially during quiet hours.
- There are exterior security cameras facing the alleyway.
We strongly enforce and abide by the the following San Diego Good Neighbor Policy, and by booking, you're agreeing to do so as well:
Noise:
Guests are expected to keep noise levels reasonable, especially during designated quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM). Excessive noise, such as loud music or disruptive gatherings, can lead to fines and potential eviction.
Occupancy:
Vacation rentals have strict occupancy limits, and exceeding these limits can lead to fines and eviction.
Parking:
Guests are expected to park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or interfering with neighbors' parking.
Trash:
Hosts and guests are responsible for proper disposal of trash and recycling.
Respect for Neighborhood Character:
Guests are expected to be mindful of the residential character of the neighborhood and avoid disruptive behavior.
