- Please note, there is NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING; however, with our coastal location, the space cools quickly with ocean breezes and assistance of room and ceiling fans.
- There is a built in Alexa system for your use, but please keep in mind that volume must stay at a reasonable level at all times - especially during quiet hours.
- There are exterior security cameras facing the alleyway.

Parking:
Guests are expected to park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or interfering with neighbors' parking.
