This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home split over two levels is designed for comfort and relaxation. Featuring a generous backyard, pool, and spa for those long summer afternoons or cozy evenings under the stars.
Whether you’re planning a family weekend away, a friends’ getaway, corporate stay or simply some time to unwind, the home has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The open-plan living areas flow seamlessly outdoors, making it ideal for entertaining, BBQs, or lounging poolside with a glass of local wine.
Conveniently located just minutes from Napier’s CBD, you’ll be close to boutique shops, vibrant cafes, and the famous Art Deco architecture the city is known for. A wide range of local attractions are right on your doorstep, from stunning coastal walks and scenic cycle trails, to award-winning wineries and family-friendly activities.

Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed (this can be made up as 2 x King Single Beds upon request).

House Rules and Information -
Parking: 2 x off street parking + on street parking. There is no guest access to the garage.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front of the property for security purposes. These are not inside the home or facing any of the outside entertainment areas.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

Wonderful place, the layout of the house itself was just perfect for us since we stayed there with two families so once could have upstairs and the other has the downstairs. Loved that we could walk to town from there too
