Downstairs, there is an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed and an attached art studio with a utility sink and mini fridge. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. A bonus den with a sofa and smart TV provides an additional space for relaxing or entertaining.
The home s outdoor living spaces are just as inviting as the indoors. Wrap-around decks offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, and a private hot tub overlooks the expansive valley, making it the perfect spot to unwind. A two-car garage and a large driveway provide plenty of parking, with space for multiple vehicles. Please note, there is only space for 1 vehicle in the garage.
This Ruby Ranch retreat is available beginning November 1st for stays of one to six months, with a minimum of 30 nights required. The monthly rent is $9,000, which includes all utilities.
